Shipping & Size Guide

Shipping:
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and postal services, depending on your location and selection at checkout.

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) after your order is placed.

Orders are dispatched from Singapore or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and your shipping location.

For pre-order items, we’ll ship your order once the stock arrives at our warehouse. We aim to dispatch these within 48 business hours of arrival.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen delays. If our usual carriers do not service your area, we may arrange an alternative delivery option or, in rare cases, cancel the order.
