Return & Refund

This policy is provided by BOLDR Supply Co., a Singapore-based company, and is separate from any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local laws.

You may return any BOLDR watch purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—either for the same product or another of your choice. For exchange to an item of higher-value, customers will have to pay the price difference.

Please note:

• Any shipping fees and import taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return or Exchange eligibility

• Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return or exchange.
• Items purchased through our retailers or stockists must follow their return policies.
• Returns or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Item condition requirements

• Watches must not be worn, altered, or strapped on, and show no signs of use.
• All returned items must include original packaging and accompanying accessories (tools, straps, etc.).
• If a watch has been worn or used, a US$30 restocking fee per item applies to cover the cost of inspecting, cleaning, and restoring it to mint condition (e.g., strap creases).

How to return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@boldrsupply.co with:

1. Order number
2. Date of purchase
3. Photos of the watch and all original packaging/accessories

Once we receive your information, our team will guide you through the process.
