All payments are handled by Paypal. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders. BOLDR Supply Company dord not store or transfer any credit card details. For further questions about how our partners handle information please contact PayPal.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours of verification, though this may vary depending on the current workload of our warehouse. UPS/FedEx/DHL pledges worldwide delivery within 5 business days. However, holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers does not deliver we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. We’re currently not able to ship to APO’s but recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.
Please note that straps and/or accessories are sent using a different shipping serivce and has an estimate delivery time of 8-15 business days.
All BOLDR watches comes with a 2 year warranty on the internal movements of the watch. If such movement prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch and deliver it to you. A return shipping and handling fee of $25 will apply to all warranty services and will be borne by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You may return any unworn, undamaged BOLDR watch purchased online from boldrsupply.co within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price by mail. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. If returned by mail, you will need to pay for return shipping. All customers will pay a $15 restocking fee per item for return items.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra links, and anything else that came with the item.
Straps and reduced priced items ( reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc ) are considered ‘Final Sale’. Final Sale items are non-fundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.
