Payment

All payments are handled by Paypal & Shop Pay. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included in the final price. BOLDR Supply Company does not store or transfer any credit card details. For further questions about how our partners handle information, kindly contact PayPal or Shop Pay.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 business hours of verification, although this may vary according to the current workload of our warehouse. UPS/FedEx/DHL pledges worldwide delivery within 5 business days.

Available stock will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out the following Monday.

Pre-orders will be shipped once stocks have arrived in our warehouse. Shipment will be dispatched within 48 hours of stock arrival. However, BOLDR reserves the right to delay the shipment in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Kindly be informed that holidays and/or unforeseen events may interfere and/or delay shipments. In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. We are currently not able to ship to APO’s but recommend that you ship through a friend or relative instead.

Please note that straps and/or accessories are sent using a different shipping service which has an estimated delivery time of 8-15 business days.

 

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, clients will first receive an email specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, another email containing the tracking link will be sent, allowing the customer to monitor shipment status. In the event of delays in customs, clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Successful Shipment Delivery

If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to technical errors on the client’s part (e.g. wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to our warehouse in Hong Kong at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry.

Warranty

All BOLDR watches come with a 30-day free return policy, plus a 30-month warranty on the internal components of the watch. 

The 30-month warranty excludes parts that are subjected to (external) wear & tear, which is deemed as damage/alteration to straps, scratches on case and/or lugs, cracked crystal, water damage due to negligence (crown not fully screwed down), and other incidents of similar nature.

If the movement proves to be defective in terms of material or workmanship (under normal use), we will repair your watch and ship it back to you.

The repair & return process takes an estimated 6-12 weeks. Kindly note that repairs may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances which may interfere with the shipment process.

A shipping, handling & servicing fee of $30 applies to all engagements of warranty services, to be borne by the customer.

Should the defects be deemed as caused by wear & tear (i.e. not covered under warranty), the customer will be subjected to the cost of the part involved on top of the $30 service fee incurred. For example, replacement of the bezel, crystal, case, etc. will incur a separate charge.

The warranty does not cover straps and excludes any watches not purchased directly from BOLDR’s website or authorized stockists.

Return & Exchange

You may return any unworn, undamaged BOLDR watch purchased online from boldrsupply.co within 30 days from the date of arrival for a full refund or exchange for another product, be it similar or not. For products of higher value, customers simply have to cover the cost difference. 

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping and PayPal transaction fees will be borne by the customer.

The watch(es) must not have been worn, altered or strapped on in any way, and must not show any signs of use.  

For returned items (within 30 days) that have been worn and used (even if used just once), customers are required to pay a $40 restocking fee per item. This fee is necessary to cover a portion of the additional costs incurred. For example, when the strap has been buckled for the first time, it causes a crease which deems the watch no longer in a brand new condition. In order to restock it, we will have to restore it to mint condition which incurs costs as mentioned above.    

Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc.) received with the order.

Only items that have been purchased directly from BOLDR Supply Company can be returned to BOLDR Supply Company. Any products purchased through other retailers and stockists must be returned in accordance with their respective return & refund policies.
