Any BOLDR watch purchased from boldrsupply.co may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. This ONLY applies to watches that have not been used, worn, or strapped on. If the watch has been worn, it can still be returned within 30 days but this will incur a restocking fee of $30. Warranty:
This warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty provided by BOLDR Supply Co., a Singapore-based company, and is separate from any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local laws.
All BOLDR watches come with a 30-month warranty on the internal movements of the watch, which excludes any part subjected to external wear & tear. External wear & tear comprises (but is not limited to) scratches on case, lugs, or crystal, and/or water damage due to negligence. The warranty does not cover straps nor any watch that is not purchased via our website or authorized stockists. Click here for more details.
All Strandberg Knives by BOLDR come with a lifetime warranty on any defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty excludes any part subjected to external wear & tear, misuse from unsuitable activities such as prying, pounding, or deliberate mishandling (eg. running a car tire over to test strength). Shipping:
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex and postal services, depending on your location and selection at checkout.
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) after your order is placed.
Orders are dispatched from Singapore or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and your shipping location.
For pre-order items, we’ll ship your order once the stock arrives at our warehouse. We aim to dispatch these within 48 business hours of arrival.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen delays. If our usual carriers do not service your area, we may arrange an alternative delivery option or, in rare cases, cancel the order.

For small wrist, the clasp is too big unfortunately so its create a square side bracelet and in the interior scratch the bracelet. But overall it's a great constructed watch.
Sri LankaNothing else quite like it at the moment
Pros: - Ultra light, made people audibly gasp when I handed it to them - Sapphire saved me from some really hard dings, not a single scratch - Lume is great, stayed on enough for me to see the time through a half hour long power cut at night (I charged it with a flashlight) - Bezel action is crisp, the aluminium insert in green adds a bit of sophistication. I use it for pomodoro, been seeing an increase in productivity - One of the best crowns I have used, most reviewers say there is a ghost position, but that wasn't the case with my watch YMMV Cons: - The printed dial and indices makes it look a bit flat, if you're going for one watch that does it all, this is where it falls short of being a great dress watch but I've learnt that only watch snobs notice the dial anyway. Normies only care if you're wearing the latest Apple Watch Ultra. - The titanium on the bracelet is very prone to scratches, hope Boldr can work on better finishing like on Citizen titanium watches. If you look really close on the sites images, you'll notice that even those a scratched. - The bracelet caught my wrist hairs every so often, I replaced it with a rubber strap soon enough. TLDR; I love it, you'll be hard pressed to find a titanium watch that ticks as many boxes as the Venture Diver, but they could really work on the titanium bracelet, scratched titanium stands out way more than scratched stainless steel. - I try to be pretty unconventional and throughout my year long search for a titanium dive watch, this was the only one that had a palatable price and a certain intriguing look to it.

This is my third watch (out of four) purchase from Boldr and among the four watches that I have gotten, this is the most comfortable. With a titanium case and bracelet, and 200 meters of water resistance, I know though this watch is light, it will be sturdy enough for an adventure. Thank you Boldr. :)
